Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Muse ("Muse" or the "Service"), operated by Faiz Khan ("I," "me," or "my"), based in Georgia, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Muse is a web-based control layer for connected developer services. Depending on the integrations you choose, Muse can help you inspect and act on GitHub repositories, Supabase projects, Vercel projects and deployments, and Google Calendar data. Muse may also provide monitoring, notifications, site-generation, and natural-language task-routing features.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muse. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and all activity that occurs through it. If you use Muse for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

3. Connected integrations and your authorization

You may connect third-party accounts to Muse. You may only connect accounts, repositories, databases, deployments, calendars, and other resources that you own or are authorized to access. You remain responsible for the permissions you grant to Muse and for actions performed through your connected accounts.

Some Muse actions can change data or systems, including editing repositories, changing database settings, creating records, or triggering deployments. Review a proposed action and its consequences before you run it. Disconnecting an integration removes Muse's stored connection credentials; you may also revoke access directly with the relevant provider.

4. Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, Muse requests read-only access to calendars you select so it can provide calendar summaries and find events you ask it about. Muse does not use this connection to create, edit, or delete calendar events. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Muse to:

• Violate applicable law or another party's rights;
• Access data, systems, or accounts without authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service to harm, harass, defraud, or mislead others; or
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code except where applicable law permits it.

6. Third-party services and AI-assisted routing

Muse relies on third-party providers to operate the Service and to connect the services you choose. Those providers' terms and policies apply to their services. Natural-language requests may be processed by an AI provider to route your request to a Muse skill. Do not include secrets or other information you do not want processed for that purpose.

7. Ownership

Muse and its software, branding, and materials are owned by Faiz Khan or the applicable licensors. You retain your rights in the data, code, and content from your connected services. You grant Muse the limited permission needed to process that material solely to operate the Service for you.

8. Availability and changes

Muse may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or the Service at any time. I will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practical. You may stop using Muse at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Muse may make mistakes, surface incomplete information, or be unavailable. It is not a substitute for your own review, backups, security practices, or professional advice. Use particular care with production systems and destructive actions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faiz Khan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Muse after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
